Our services currently include providing customer support, managing data centre operations, maintaining vigilant premises or residential security, and facilities management to premises or residential (Director’s home), but we will consider any service area you need. Our innovative approach is proven and successful, reducing the demands on senior management or the frustrations of dealing with outsourced service suppliers.
We transfer your existing staff and add a management layer to ensure you are only contacted in genuine emergencies, operating seamlessly on your premises and within your existing processes and procedures. Our staff remain dedicated to your organization, ensuring subject matter expertise is retained (which, unfortunately, is typically lost when outsourcing). Our clients sleep better and are free to focus on high value, business growth activities.
Our existing customers are UK businesses with a customer support, premises or residential security, or facilities management need outside of normal UK business hours. Before becoming clients of OBH Solutions, their senior management team were, without exception, either wearied by the demands of running their own service during the nighttime hours or over weekends or frustrated with their outsourced supplier. We always respect the request of our clients to privacy and never advertise their names or their business names.
